Real Choice for Veterans Act

Amends the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 to change a criterion for eligibility of certain veterans to receive medical care and services from non-Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities to a requirement that the veteran resides more than 40 miles from the closest VA medical facility that is able to provide the care and services the veteran seeks (currently, more than 40 miles from the closest VA medical facility).
