Expresses support for the mission and goals of 2013 National Crime Victims' Rights Week to increase awareness of: (1) the impact of crime on victims and survivors, and (2) the challenges to and solutions for achieving justice for victims.
Recognizes that dignity, fairness, and respect constitute the foundation of how crime victims and survivors should be treated.
