Alien Gun Violence Prevention Act of 2013 - Amends the federal criminal code to consider a legal alien to be a state resident for purposes of federal firearms possessions only if the alien is residing in a state in which he or she has resided for at least 90 days before the date of sale or delivery of a firearm.
Makes it illegal for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person is not a lawful U.S. permanent resident alien.
