Government Services Accessibility Act or the GSA Act - Prohibits the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA) from leasing a building for a federal agency unless the Administrator determines that the building to be leased would satisfy requirements relating to access to public transportation, including any requirement that the building is located not greater than a certain distance from public transportation that operates regularly throughout the building's normal business hours.
