Homeless Veterans Services Protection Act of 2014 - Renders the minimum continuous active duty service requirement for receiving veteran benefits inapplicable to benefits allowed to homeless veterans.
Exempts benefits allowed to homeless veterans from the disqualification for veteran benefits resulting from a discharge or dismissal from the Armed Services under conditions other than honorable.
