Responsible Skies Act of 2014 - Amends the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 to require the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to prohibit the operator of an unmanned recreational aircraft (drone) from flying it:

  • above 400 feet and within 5 miles of the perimeter of a commercial airport, or
  • where it may be seen from the airport's perimeter.
