Printing Responsibly in New Typesets Act or the PRINT Act - Directs the Public Printer of the Government Printing Office (GPO) to: (1) adjust the font used to print GPO documents if the Public Printer determines that adjusting such font will reduce printing costs and be cost-effective and appropriate; and (2) enter into to an agreement with any person outside GPO who prints documents for the federal government to similarly adjust fonts used for printing documents.

Prohibits delivery of printed copies of any version of the Congressional Record to the office of a Senator or Member of the House of Representatives, effective 30 days after the enactment of this Act.

Redesignates GPO as the Government Publishing Office.
