Guarantee Housing for Terminally Ill Veterans Act - Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to give priority, in providing specially adapted housing assistance for disabled veterans, to an individual who is otherwise eligible and is diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Requires reimbursement of the costs of specially adapted housing if such a veteran has applied for, but not yet received, assistance for acquisition and adaptation expenses.
