Homeless Veterans with Children Act of 2014 - Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide per diem payments to eligible entities that assist homeless veterans to furnish care for dependents of such veterans.
Conditions the receipt of a VA grant for a program to assist an eligible entity in providing services to homeless veterans on the recipient agreeing to meet the physical, privacy, safety, and security needs of such veterans.
