American Public Housing Act of 2013 - Amends the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to exempt from reduction, under any sequestration ordered by the President, the following Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) accounts:
- Choice Neighborhoods Initiative,
- Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund Program Account,
- Native American Housing Block Grants,
- Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant,
- Project-Based Rental Assistance,
