Robocall Privacy Act of 2011 - Makes it unlawful for a person during specified periods before a federal primary or general election to make certain prerecorded political telephone calls with respect to a candidate for federal office without disclosing immediately the recorded nature of the calls, the identity of the caller, and the caller's telephone number on the recipient's caller identification service.
