Suspends specified price support authorities.
Extends specified: (1) commodity programs, (2) conservation programs, (3) employment and training programs, (4) research programs, (5) energy programs, and (6) horticulture and organic agriculture programs.
Extends the program of outreach and technical assistance for socially disadvantaged farmers or ranchers.
Provides assistance for livestock losses caused by: (1) adverse weather or attacks by federally reintroduced animals, and (2) drought or fire.
Provides assistance for orchardists and nursery tree growers for commercial losses caused by natural disasters.
