Atlantic Fisheries Statutes Reauthorization Act of 2012 - Reauthorizes appropriations through FY2017 for the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act, Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act, Interjurisdictional Fisheries Act of 1986, and Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Convention Act of 1995.

Directs the National Marine Fisheries Service to conduct: (1) a survey and stock assessment, a cooperative research program, and analyses of genetic samples to determine the stock structure of Atlantic sturgeon distinct population segments along the U.S. Atlantic Coast, report the results to Congress, and use such results to inform Atlantic sturgeon biological opinion, measures, and alternatives; and (2) an analysis of striped bass feeding habits in the New York Bight and report the results to Congress and the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
