The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to add a provision to the end of the bill, which states that any Member who votes for Repeal of the Affordable Care Act will be ineligible to participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, effective beginning the first month following enactment of the Act.

Repeal of Obamacare Act - Repeals the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, effective as of its enactment. Restores provisions of law amended by such Act.

Repeals the health care provisions of the Health Care and Education and Reconciliation Act of 2010, effective as of the Act's enactment. Restores provisions of law amended by the Act's health care provisions.
