Juvenile Accountability Block Grant Reauthorization and the Bullying Prevention and Intervention Act - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to expand the authorized activities under the juvenile accountability block grant program to: (1) include intervention programs regarding bullying, and (2) provide for the education of students, adult school personnel, and law enforcement officers in identifying occurrences of bullying or harassment and how to address such occurrences. Authorizes appropriations for such block grant program for FY2013-FY2017.
