Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire up to 18 acres of land and interests in Mariposa, California, near the junction of highways CA-49 and CA-140.

Prohibits the acquisition of such property by eminent domain.

Requires acquired lands and interests to be administered as part of Yosemite National Park.

Allows the Secretary to partner with Mariposa County with regard to land use planning related to such land and interests.
