Caylee Anthony Caregiver Responsibility Act of 2011 or Caylee's Law of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to establish penalties to be imposed on a parent, legal guardian, or person with custody of a child who fails to report to the appropriate authorities that the child has been missing for more than 24 hours or has been dead for more than 1 hour.
