Transition Assistance Advisor Act - Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD), as part of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program, to ensure: (1) during the period beginning 180 days before the commencement of a contingency operation and ending 180 days after its conclusion, at least one Transition Assistance Advisor for every 1,500 Army and Air National Guard members who reside in each state; and (2) during any other period, at least one Advisor for every 5,000 Army and Air National Guard members who reside in each state.
