Connell Lake Watershed Protection and Recreation Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) and the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified federal land and interests (approximately 880 acres of federal land and interests in land in the Connell Lake area) to the Ketchikan Gateway Borough in Alaska.
Requires the conveyed land to be managed in accordance with the terms of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act.
