Healthy Schools Partnerships Act of 2010 - Amends the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a demonstration project awarding grants to school food authorities that collaborate with academic experts, nonprofit organizations, registered dietitians or other nutrition professionals, community partners, and local schools to test and evaluate innovative models to improve nutrition education, student decisionmaking, and healthy school environments.

Gives grant priority to school food authorities that demonstrate: (1) a severe need to improve the school environment; (2) a commitment by community partners to make in-kind or cash contributions; and (3) the ability to measure results.
