La Pine Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), to convey to the city of La Pine, Oregon, or county of Deschutes, Oregon, without consideration, all interest of the United States in specified parcels of BLM-managed land in the Prineville District for use: (1) by the county for outdoor recreation, open space, or public parks, including a rodeo ground, and a public sewer system; and (2) by the city for a public library, public park, or open space.

Requires the County to pay all associated survey and administrative costs.

Requires the conveyed lands to revert to the United States if such lands cease being used for the public purposes for which such lands were conveyed.
