EnergySmart Transport Corridors Act of 2009 - Directs the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to: (1) establish an EnergySmart Transport Corridor program; and (2) coordinate the planning and deployment of measures, as well as designate EnergySmart transport corridors, to increase the energy efficiency of the Interstate System and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and other environmental pollutants. Authorizes the Secretary to make grants to states to assist in the development of corridors.

Amends the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to authorize appropriations through FY2015 for the Idle Reduction and Energy Conservation Deployment Program.
