Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act Amendments Act of 2010 - Amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to increase from $20,000 per day to $75,000 per day the maximum civil liability for noncompliance with such Act or any term of a lease, license, or permit issued pursuant to the Act, including any regulation or order issued under it, after expiration of any reasonable period allowed for corrective action.

Requires a civil penalty of up to $150,000 per day for noncompliance which constitutes a threat of serious, irreparable, or immediate harm or damage to life (including aquatic life), property, any mineral deposit, or the marine, coastal, or human environment.

Increases from $100,000 to $10 million the criminal fine for violations under such Act.
