North Country National Scenic Trail Route Adjustment Act of 2009 - Amends the National Trails System Act to add certain existing hiking trails along Lake Superior's north shore and in Superior National Forest and Chippewa National Forest to the North Country National Scenic Trail in northeastern Minnesota.

Prohibits the Secretaries of Agriculture and the Interior from acquiring land for the North Country National Scenic Trail that was obtained through condemnation by a state or local government.

Prohibits anything in this Act from prohibiting or hindering the development, production, conveyance, or transmission of energy.
