Save Our Seniors' Social Security Act of 2009 - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to disburse a $280 payment to each individual who, for any of the months of December 2009, January 2010, or February 2010, is entitled to a Social Security or railroad retirement benefit payment.

Rescinds certain appropriations under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to offset the increase in spending resulting from this Act.
