Advanced Cable Deployment Authorization Act of 2009 - Amends the Energy Policy Act of 2005, as amended by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, to authorize the Secretary of Energy to make loan guarantees for the development, construction, acquisition, retrofitting, or engineering integration of a qualified advanced electronic transmission manufacturing plant, or the construction of a qualified high efficiency transmission property or a qualified advanced electronic transmission property. Requires any such construction to commence by September 30, 2011.

Authorizes the Secretary of Energy to provide grants for up to 50% of the costs incurred in connection with the development, construction, acquisition of components or engineering of a qualified advanced electric transmission property.
