Harriet Beecher Stowe House Special Resource Study Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete and report on a special resource study of the Harriet Beecher Stowe House in Brunswick, Maine, to evaluate: (1) the national significance of the House and surrounding land; and (2) the suitability and feasibility of designating the House and such land as a unit of the National Park System.
Authorizes appropriations.
