Internet Crime Prevention Act of 2008 - Directs the Attorney General to make grants to i-SAFE, Inc., and to establish and administer competitive grant programs for organizations, to carry out Internet crime prevention education programs. Defines "Internet crime prevention education program" to mean a program for educating parents, children, educators, and communities to recognize and prevent potentially criminal activity on the Internet.
