Wyoming Forest and Watershed Restoration Act of 2007 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Forest Service and until September 30, 2017, to enter into a cooperative agreement with Wyoming to allow Wyoming to conduct certain forest and watershed restoration services, including the treatment of insect-infected trees and the reduction of hazardous fuels.
