Robocall Privacy Act of 2008 - Makes it unlawful for a person during specified periods before a federal primary or general election to make certain prerecorded political telephone calls with respect to a candidate for federal office without immediate disclosure of the recorded nature of the calls, the name of the sponsor or originator of the call, and the appearance of the caller's telephone number on the recipient's caller identification service.
