(This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the Senate on June 26, 2008. The summary of that version is repeated here.)

John. F. Kennedy Center Reauthorization Act of 2008 - Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to allow the Trustees of the John F. Kennedy for the Performing Arts (the Board) to study, plan, design, engineer, and construct a photovoltaic system for the main roof of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Requires the Board, no later than 60 days before beginning construction of the system, to report on the feasibility and design of such project. Authorizes appropriations for such system.

Authorizes appropriations for FY2008-FY2012 to the Board for: (1) maintenance, repair, and security; and (2) capital projects.

Prohibits anything in this Act from limiting or otherwise affecting the authority or responsibility of the National Capital Planning Commission or the Commission of Fine Arts.
