Pacific Salmon Emergency Disaster Assistance Act of 2007 - Appropriates funds for a lump sum payment to the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission. Requires the Commission to distribute the funds among various entities for assistance for the economic and social effects of the commercial fishery failure designated under specified provisions of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act regarding closures or restrictions on harvesting of Klamath River Fall Chinook salmon.
