Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Equity Act of 2007 - Amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to award contracts to small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans on the same basis as those awarded to socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses.
Requires annual certification to the SBA as to the service-disabled veteran-owned nature of the small business.
