Riverside-Corona Feeder Water Supply Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, in cooperation with the Western Municipal Water District, Riverside County, California, to participate in the planning, design, and construction of the Riverside-Corona Feeder Project.

Limits the federal share of: (1) planning, design, and construction costs to the lesser of 25% of the total cost of the Project or $26 million; and (2) planning studies costs to 50% of the total cost of the studies. Allows the non-federal share of the Project's cost to be provided in cash or in kind.

Authorizes appropriations. Prohibits the use of funds provided under this Act for Project operation or maintenance.
