(This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the Senate on October 19, 2005. The summary of that version is repeated here.)
Betty Dick Residence Protection Act - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to allow Betty Dick to continue to occupy and use specified land within the boundaries of Rocky Mountain National Park for the remainder of her natural life, subject to the payment of a specified annual amount to the Secretary. Prohibits: (1) the extension of the right of occupancy to any individual other than Betty Dick; and (2) any construction not in existence on November 30, 2004.
Requires public access to both banks of the main channel of the Colorado River.
