United States-Poland Parliamentary Youth Exchange Program Act of 2006 - Authorizes the Secretary of State, in cooperation with the government of Poland, to establish a United States-Poland Parliamentary Youth Exchange Program for American and Polish secondary students under 19 years old to live in and attend public secondary school in the host country.

Requires an annual program report to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the House International Relations Committee.

Authorizes FY2007 appropriations.
