National Emergency Family Locator Act - Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish within the Department of Homeland Security the National Family Locator System to enable: (1) individuals displaced by an emergency to provide to the Department their names and locations and any other relevant information using the telephone, the Internet, and other appropriate means; and (2) the Department to compile such information and provide it to the family members of such individuals and law enforcement officials.
