Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Treatment Improvement Act - Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to: (1) establish a post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) clinical team at every medical center of the Department of Veterans Affairs; (2) provide a certified family therapist for each Vet Center of the Department; and (3) appoint a PTSD coordinator within each Veterans Integrated Service Network and each Readjustment Counseling Service Region. Outlines duties of PTSD coordinators. Allows the Secretary to waive any requirement of this Act after congressional notification.
