Ongoing Oversight of Iraq Reconstruction Act of 2005 - Amends the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense and for the Reconstruction of Iraq and Afghanistan, 2004, as amended by the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005, to: (1) change the termination date for the Office of the Inspector General of the Coalition Provisional Authority from ten months after certain Iraq relief funds have been obligated to ten months after such funds have been expended; and (2) authorize additional FY2006 appropriations for such Office.

Rescinds specified Iraqi relief and reconstruction fund amounts under the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense and for the Reconstruction of Iraq and Afghanistan, 2004.
