Requires the Joint Committee on the Library to enter into an agreement with the Foundation of Hellenes under which the Foundation shall provide a statue of Constantino Brumidi to be displayed in the Capitol Visitor Center.
Authorizes the Committee to delegate such requirement to the Architect of the Capitol (AOC).
