Amends the Science, State, Justice, Commerce, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2006 to repeal restrictions on disclosure of the content of the Firearms Trace System database.

Directs the Attorney General to provide public access to the Crime Gun Trace Report from the Youth Crime Gun Interdiction Initiative, which is generated using information in such System.
