Valle Vidal Protection Act of 2005 - Withdraws the Valle Vidal Unit of the Carson National Forest (New Mexico) from: (1) all forms of entry, appropriation, and disposal under public land laws; (2) location, entry, and patent under mining laws; and (3) operation of laws pertaining to mineral leasing, geothermal leasing, and mineral materials.
States that if existing valid rights are relinquished or otherwise acquired by the United States at any time after the enactment of this Act, the lands that were subject to those rights shall be immediately withdrawn.
