Pilot Protection Act of 2005 - Amends the federal criminal code to prohibit: (1) interfering with or disabling anyone engaged in the authorized operation of an aircraft or air navigation facility, with intent to endanger the safety of any person or with reckless disregard for the safety of human life; or (2) attempting, conspiring, or threatening to do so.
