Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize appropriations for coastal recreation water quality monitoring and notification grants through FY2011.
Amends the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2000 to reauthorize appropriations to carry out that Act through FY2011.
