Urges The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and Greece to honor the 1995 agreement under which both countries agreed to determine a mutually acceptable official name for the FYROM.

Supports U.N. efforts to determine a mutually acceptable official name for the FYROM.

Calls upon the U.S. government to exercise its influence in encouraging the FYROM to fully abide by the 1995 interim agreement and to redouble its efforts to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
