Veterans Eye Treatment Safety (VETS) Act of 2004 - Allows eye surgery at a Department of Veterans Affairs facility or under contract with the Department to be performed only by a licensed medical doctor, licensed doctor of osteopathy, or licensed dentist whose practice is limited to oral or maxillofacial surgery.
