Craig Recreation Land Purchase Act - Requires that if the City of Craig, Alaska (the City), receives a copy of the appraisal conducted under this Act and offers to convey all right, title, and interest of the City in and to specified non-Federal land to the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary shall: (1) accept such offer; and (2) on conveyance of the land to the Secretary, pay to the City an amount equal to the appraised value of such land.

Requires the Secretary, before conveying the land, to conduct an appraisal of such land in accordance with specified standards.

Instructs the City and the Secretary to each pay certain costs of the appraisal.

Requires any lands acquired under this Act to be included in Tongass National Forest and to be administered by the Secretary in accordance with the laws (including regulations) and forest plan applicable to such Forest.

Requires the amount received by the City to be used by the City to acquire the Craig cannery property.

Authorizes appropriations.
