Supports the goals and ideals of National Small Business Week (beginning on Setember 15, 2003) and the events surrounding the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Commends the SBA's Administrator and employees and reaffirms that the SBA plays an important role in assisting small businesses.
