Park Professionals Protection Act - Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior (and any person employed by the Secretary in any capacity) from studying or implementing any plan to privatize, divest, or transfer any part of the mission, function, or responsibility of the National Park Service (NPS).

Instructs the Secretary to withhold any funds currently dedicated to such prohibited activities and to reallocate those funds to NPS operations and maintenance accounts.
