Crusader Termination and Deficit Reduction Act of 2002 - Directs the Secretary of the Army to terminate the Crusader artillery system program. Prohibits any further funding for such program other than for costs associated with program termination.
Rescinds $100 million of Army research, development, test, and evaluation funds made available under the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2002, to be derived from amounts available for the Crusader program.
